医药类高职院校“1+3+X”教师能力标准体系构建与评价

摘要 在职业教育数字化转型、新型“双师型”教师队伍建设与“健康中国”“新医科”建设背景下,医药类高职院校教师的能力标准体系构建与评价至关重要。构建包含一个明确导向、三大教师能力模块和医学特色创新能力发展模块的医药类高职院校“1+3+X”教师能力标准与评价体系,实证重庆三峡医药高等专科学校在创新创业成果、健康服务水平、师生技能大赛、教学团队建设、科普+文化、党建荣誉和教师荣誉等方面能力标准建设取得的成效与反思,以期为医药学科教师队伍建设提供参考。 Under the background of digital transformation of vocational education,and the construction of new“double-qualified”teachers,“Healthy China”and“new medical science”,it is very important to construct and evaluate the competence standard system of teachers in medical vocational colleges.The study constructs a“1+3+X”teacher competence standard and evaluation system for medical higher vocational colleges,which includes a clear orientation,three teacher competence modules and the development module of medical characteristic innovation ability.A“1+3+X”teacher ability standard and evaluation system for medical higher vocational colleges is constructed,which includes a clear orientation,three teacher ability modules and medical characteristic innovation ability development module.The achievements and reflections of innovation and entrepreneurship,health service level,teacher and student skills competition,teaching team construction,science+culture,Party building honor and teacher honor,etc.of Chongqing Three Gorges Medical College in the capacity standard construction are demonstrated,so as to provide reference for the construction of medical teachers.
