大学生创新创业能力现状及其影响因素

Current Situation and Influencing Factors of College Students’Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability

随机抽取某高校330名大学生进行问卷调查,了解大学生的创新创业能力现状及其影响因素。结果表明,大学生创新创业能力高于理论中值,处于中等偏上水平,但学生家长对创新创业的认知水平普遍偏低,仅有少数家长大力支持子女创业。从一级指标的均值与满分的差值来看,虽然大学生核心创业能力高于中等水平,但相对其他一级指标而言提升速度较慢。二级指标的均值均高于理论中值,但抗压能力的均值相对较低。基本创业能力在大学生是否参加过创新创业大赛上存在显著性差异,家庭、学校、个人、社会因素与核心创业能力、基本创业能力、创新创业能力显著正相关,学校与社会应对能力之间呈显著正相关关系。为激发大学生的创新创业热情,高校应引导家长转变传统思想,针对学生需求开设多元化的创新创业教育课程。

The study randomly selects 330 college students in a college,conducts questionnaire survey,and analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability.The results show that college students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability is higher than the theoretical median,which is above the average level,but their parents’cognition level of innovation and entrepreneurship is generally low,and only a few parents strongly support their children’s entrepreneurship.From the difference between the mean value and the full score of the first-level indicators,although the core entrepreneurial ability of college students is higher than the average level,the improvement speed is slower than that of other first-level indicators.The mean value of the secondary indexes is higher than the median theoretical value,but the mean value of the ability to resistance to pressure ability is relatively low.There is significant difference in the basic entrepreneurial ability of college students in whether they have participated in innovation and entrepreneurship competitions.There is significant positive correlation between family,school,individual and social factors and core entrepreneurial ability,basic entrepreneurial ability and innovative entrepreneurial ability,and significant positive correlation between school and social coping ability.In order to stimulate students’enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship,colleges and universities should guide parents to change traditional ideas,and provide diversified innovation and entrepreneurship education courses according to students’needs.
