Influence of Career Planning on the Employment of College Students Under the Background of Entrepreneurship and Innovation

从自我认识、自我提升、职业探索及人际关系四个方面探究双创背景下职业生涯规划对大学生就业的影响。结果表明,学生能够充分了解自身的性格特点,深刻地认识自己、了解自己,将未来的职业发展趋势与自身的性格特点及所学专业知识相结合,提升职业认知水平。当学生了解到就业形势时,会对自身的情况进行判断,选择合适的方式增强自身在职场上的核心竞争力,以此获得更多的就业机会。经统计分析方法对比发现,大学生职业生涯规划得越早、越长远,就业质量越高,说明职业生涯规划便于大学生了解更多的就业市场信息,从而在就业市场中占据优势。当学生有了职业生涯发展规划时会利用身边的资源优势对职业进行了解和选择,及时弥补自身的不足,完善对未来的职业生涯规划,丰富未来的职业选择。职业生涯规划可以促进大学生提高自我认知、增加就业机会、提升就业质量、丰富就业选择,对大学生就业有显著的正向影响。

The study explores the influence of career planning on college students’employment under mass entrepreneurship and innovation from self-cognition,self-improvement,career exploration and interpersonal relationship.The results show that students can fully know their own personality characteristics,have a deep understanding of themselves,and combine the future career development trend with their own personality characteristics and professional knowledge to improve the level of professional cognition.When students know the employment situation,they will judge their own situation and choose appropriate ways to enhance their core competitiveness in the workplace,so as to obtain more employment opportunities.Through statistics analysis method,it is found that the earlier and longer the career planning of college students is,the higher the quality of employment is,indicating that career planning is conducive to college students to know more information about the job market,so as to occupy an advantage in the job market.When students have a career development plan,they will make use of the resources around them to know and choose their careers,make up for their shortcomings in time,improve their future career planning,and enrich their future career choices.Career planning can promote college students to improve self-cognition,increase employment opportunities,and improve employment quality and enrich employment choices,which has significant positive influence on college students’employment.
