摘要
人才是推动事业发展的第一资源,是实现创新发展的不竭动力。本研究选取山东省某省级区域医疗中心为研究对象,运用文献法、案例法、实证研究法、专家咨询法等,分析了人才工作对公立医院高质量发展的重要意义,从顶层设计、领导体系、制度举措、平台建设、关心关爱、责任压实六个方面,进行了党建引领人才工作思考与实践,持续探索党建与业务工作有机融合[1]的新举措、新机制和新模式,不断助力公立医院高质量发展。
Talent is the first resource to promote career development and the inexhaustible driving force to achieve innovative development.This study selected a provincial regional medical center in Shandong Province as the research object,and analyzed the significance of talent work to the high-quality development of public hospitals by using literature method,case method,empirical research method and expert consultation method.From the six aspects of top-level design,leadership system,institutional measures,platform construction,care and care,responsibility compaction,the author carried out the thinking and practice of talent work guided by party building.Continue to explore new measures,new mechanisms and new models for the organic integration of party building and business work,and continue to help public hospitals develop in high quality.
