医院物业服务外包项目通常为2-3年一个周期,本文从项目招标阶段、合同执行阶段、项目交接阶段进行分析,以广州医科大学附属第二医院为例,探讨公立医院物业外包服务全生命周期管理关键点及其策略。
Hospital property service outsourcing projects usually have a cycle of 2-3 years.This article analyzes the key points and strategies of the full lifecycle management of public hospital property outsourcing services from the stages of project bidding,contract execution,and project handover,taking the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University as an example.
