基于BOPPPS教学模型的带教对低年资护士教学效果分析

Analysis of the impact of preceptorship based on the BOPPPS teaching model on the teaching effectiveness of novice nurses

目的分析基于BOPPPS教学模型的带教对低年资护士教学效果影响。方法选取番禺中心医院消化内科2021年5月—2023年5月的低年资护士30例作为研究对象,将低年资护士按照数字随机法分成对照组、观察组两组,各15例,对照组按照常规带教方法教学、观察组按照基于BOPPPS教学模型的带教方法教学,比较两组护士理论和实践成绩、带教老师对护士的满意度以及护士对带教老师的满意度。结果观察组护士的理论和实践成绩更好,且带教老师对观察组护士的满意度及观察组护士对带教老师的满意度都比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低年资护士的带教模式可以选择基于BOPPPS的教学模型,这种方法能有效提高护士的成绩和教学满意度,教学效果比较理想。

Objective This study aims to analyze the impact of preceptorship based on the BOPPPS teaching model on the teaching effectiveness of novice nurses.Methods Thirty novice nurses from the Department of Gastroenterology of Panyu Central Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The novice nurses were divided into a control group and an observation group,each consisting of 15 individuals,using a numerical randomization method.The control group received conventional preceptorship teaching methods,while the observation group received preceptorship teaching methods based on the BOPPPS teaching model.The theoretical and practical scores of the nurses,preceptors’satisfaction with the nurses,and nurses’satisfaction with the preceptors were compared between the two groups.Results Nurses in the observation group achieved better theoretical and practical scores,and both preceptors’satisfaction with the nurses and nurses’satisfaction with the preceptors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The preceptorship model for novice nurses can be based on the BOPPPS teaching model,which effectively improves nurses’scores and teaching satisfaction,achieving satisfactory teaching effectiveness.
