摘要
近年来,随着医学技术不断发展,具核梭杆菌与消化道肿瘤免疫相关作用备受医学界的关注。具核梭杆菌在消化道中存在,与肿瘤的发生与发展密切相关,同时也参与调动免疫系统功能。临床相关研究表明,具核梭杆菌可通过多种机制对肿瘤免疫反应造成影响,从而对肿瘤的发生发展造成影响。消化道肿瘤是指在人体消化道发生恶性肿瘤,其中包括口腔癌、食道癌、胃癌、肠癌等多种类型。本文通过概述具核梭杆菌的定义,详细分析具核梭杆菌与消化道各种肿瘤免疫相关作用,旨在为开发肿瘤治疗方法提供理论基础。
In recent years,with the continuous development of medical technology,the role of Fusobacterium nucleatum in tumor immunity related to digestion has received serious attention from the medical community.Fusobacterium nucleatum exists in the digestive tract and is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors,as well as participating in the regulation of immune system function.According to clinical studies,Fusobacterium nucleatum can affect tumor immune response through various mechanisms,thereby affecting the occurrence and development of tumors.Digestive tract tumors refer to malignant tumors that occur in the human digestive tract,including various types such as oral cancer,esophageal cancer,gastric cancer,colon cancer,etc.This article provides an overview of the definition of Fusobacterium nucleatum and a detailed analysis of its immune related effects on various digestive tract tumors,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the development of tumor treatment methods.
