超薄的硫铟锌纳米片合成及其光催化水分解制氢

Synthesis of Ultrathin Indium Zinc Sulfide Nanosheets for Photocatalytic Hydrogen Production by Water Splitting

摘要 通过胶体化学法制备硫铟锌(ZnIn_(2)S_(4))纳米片,用原子力显微镜(AFM)、透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)等对纳米片进行了表征。将纳米片配体交换后用于可见光催化制氢反应,用气相色谱仪(GC)进行产氢量测试,评价催化剂性能。结果表明,合成了超薄的ZnIn_(2)S_(4)纳米片,厚度仅为1.8nm;其产氢速率为600μmol/(h·g),并具有良好的循环稳定性,表现出了较好的光催化水分解制氢性能。该实验对设计光催化制氢催化剂有一定的启发。 Zinc indium sulfide(ZnIn_(2)S_(4))nanosheets were prepared by colloidal chemical method and characterized by atomic force microscopy(AFM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).After the ligand exchange,the catalyst was used for visible light catalytic hydrogen production reaction,and the hydrogen production was tested by gas chromatograph to evaluate the catalyst performance.The results show that the ultra-thin ZnIn_(2)S_(4)nanosheet with a thickness of only 1.8 nm is synthesized,and its hydrogen production rate is 600μmol/(h·g),and it has good cyclic stability and high performance of photocatalytic hydrogen production by water splitting.It could provide the guideline for the design of photocatalysts in photocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction.
