摘要
针对飞行器自动化开发,设计了一种具有随动功能的油门台控制系统。该系统以STM32F103单片机为主控芯片,采用芯片内部的USART模块收发功能,实现数据的交互。系统通过位置传感器实时反馈油门杆的位置信息,并将反馈的信息传给控制站。同时,接收控制站的随动指令,通过单片机的PWM功能驱动步进电机,实现油门杆的随动控制。最后,编写上位机测试系统,执行测试并存储和处理测试数据,完成油门台控制系统的联调试验,结果表明基于PID控制算法的随动油门台的设计方案是可行的。
Aiming at the automatic development of the aircraft,a throttle control system with follow-up function is designed.The system uses STM32F103 microcontroller as the main control chip,and realizes the data interaction by using the sending and receiving function of USART module inside the chip.The system feeds back the position information of the throttle stick in real time through the position sensor,and transmits the feedback information to the control station.At the same time,the throttle receives the follow-up command from the control station,and drives the stepper motor through the PWM function of the microcomputer to realize the follow-up control of the throttle stick.Finally,the upper computer testing system is written to execute tests,store and process test data,and complete the joint debugging test of the throttle control system.The results shows that the design scheme of the servo throttle based on PID control algorithm is feasible.
