督灸疗法联合易筋经“托天桩”功法在颈型颈椎病患者中的应用

Application of Du moxibustion therapy combined with Yijinjing's“Tuotian pile”exercise in patients with cervical spondylosis of neck type

目的:观察督灸疗法联合易筋经“托天桩”功法治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:运用简单随机化方法将82例颈型颈椎病患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组41例,以督灸疗法护理方案为对照组,以督灸疗法联合易筋经“托天桩”功法护理方案为试验组,治疗5次/周,连续治疗4周。结果:两组患者VAS评分和NDI评分均较治疗前明显改善,但试验组与对照组比较,两组间的改善程度存在差异,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。经TTM检测显示,两组患者的颈项部温度在接受治疗后,亦有明显变化且存在差异,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。在临床疗效方面,试验组总有效率为95.2%,高于对照组87.8%,P<0.05,两组临床疗效相比,具有统计学意义。结论:督灸疗法联合易筋经“托天桩”功法护理方案,在颈型颈椎病的治疗上,具有疗效显著,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Du moxibustion therapy combined with Yijinjing's“Tuotian pile”in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods:82patients with cervical spondylosis of cold-dampness obstruction neck type were divided into experimental group and control group by simple randomization method,41cases in each group.The nursing program of Du moxibustion therapy was used as the control group,and the nursing program of Du moxibustion therapy combined with Yijinjing's“Tuotian pile”was used as the experimental group.The treatment was performed 5times a week,1week as a course of treatment,and 4courses of continuous treatment.Results:The VAS score and NDI score of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the improvement of the experimental group was different from that of the control group,P<0.05,with statistical significance.TTM test showed that there was a difference in neck temperature between the two groups after treatment,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.The total effective rate of the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was 95.2%,which was higher than that of the control group 87.8%.Compared with the clinical efficacy of the two groups,P<0.05was statistically significant.Conclusion:Du moxibustion therapy combined with Yijinjing's“Tuotian pile”nursing program has a significant effect in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of cold-dampness obstruction type,which is worthy of clinical application.
