潍县萝卜凭什么“霸占”潍坊人的冬天?

摘要 郑板桥任潍县知县时说:“东北人参凤阳梨,不及潍县萝卜皮”,让潍县萝卜美名一传就是三百多年。潍县萝卜俗称“高脚青”或“潍县青萝卜”,因原产于山东潍县而得名,具有浓郁独特的地方风味和鲜明的地域特点,是享誉国内外的名特优地方品种,已有300余年栽培历史。霜降以后,潍县萝卜陆续收获、上市,行走在潍坊的大街小巷,各种“潍县萝卜”专卖店琳琅满目,超市内、大集上,青萝卜的倩影也是随处可见。至此不少潍坊人家的茶几上,潍县萝卜成了“主角”。 There are multiple varieties of radish in Weifang.Weixian radish usually refers to the green radish of a special variety,which is cylindrical in shape and dark green in color.It is usually long and thin,with only about a quarter white skin color.Therefore,it is known among the locals as "Gaojiao Qing" or "Green radish".Weixian radish is usually harvested after the frost and then sent to the market gradually.Not only is the radish delicious,but they are also nutritious and had high edible and health value.In recent years,Weifang has rapidly developed the radish industry in Weixian through industrial restructuring,integration of resources and technological advantages,and vigorous development of production.
