摘要
建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定锆钇合金中Cr、Si、Y、Fe、Ca、Ti、Hf元素含量的分析方法。通过光谱干扰实验,确定了各元素分析谱线:Y 360.07 nm、Cr 267.716 nm、Si 288.158nm、Fe 238.204 nm、Ca 373.690 nm、Ti 336.121 nm、Hf 264.141 nm。进行了加标回收和精密度试验,加标回收率为90%~110%。测定值的相对标准偏差(n=7)为0.11%~0.90%。
An analytical method for the determination of Cr,Si,Y,Fe,Ca,Ti,and Hf elements in zirconium and yttrium alloys by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was established.Through the spectral interference experiment,the analytical spectral lines of each element were determined:Y 360.07 nm,Cr 267.716 nm,Si 288.158 nm,Fe 238.204 nm,Ca 373.690 nm,Ti 336.121 nm,Hf 264.141 nm.Giving values of recovery and RSD’s(n=7)in the ranges of 90%~110%and 0.11%~0.90%,respectively.
