摘要
针对装配式住宅在实际施工过程中,工序的施工差异以及项目资源的限制对工程项目调度问题的影响进行深入研究。首先,以最小化施工完成时间以及最小化人工成本为优化目标,构建了多目标优化的数学模型。其次,基于问题的困难程度和其他优化算法的特点,采用多目标布谷鸟搜索算法对该模型进行求解,然后针对原先多目标布谷鸟搜索算法的不足,提出对步长因子和丢弃概率进行改进以提高算法综合性能。最后,以某装配式住宅小区安装施工问题为例,检验模型和算法的适用性,并根据结果对项目资源进行科学有效的调度。
In the actual construction process of prefabricated houses, the impact of construction differences of process and project resource constraints on the project scheduling problem is studied in depth. Firstly, taking minimizing construction completion time and labor cost as the optimization objectives, constructing a multi-objective optimization mathematical model. Secondly, based on the difficulty of the problem and the trait of other optimization algorithms, multi-objective cuckoo search algorithm is adopted to solve the model. Then, in view of the shortcomings of the original algorithm, series of measures are used to improve the comprehensive performance of the algorithm. Finally, taking the installation and construction of a residential area as an example, the applicability of the model and algorithm is tested, and the project resources are scientifically and effectively scheduled according to the results.
