摘要
针对排桩支护基坑在位移和受力方面是否满足工程要求以及能否从材料角度降低工程造价的问题,结合某实际排桩支护基坑工程,利用MIDAS数值模拟软件,还原基坑支护的全过程。结果表明,前排桩所受轴力明显小于后排桩,排桩上部所受轴力小于下部,从造价的角度上分析,可适当降低前排桩或者排桩上部的刚度,以达到节省工程造价的目的;排桩所受弯矩较小,从设计的角度分析,可重点考虑排桩的轴力。研究结果可为类似排桩支护基坑工程提供参考。
whether the displacement and stress of row pile supporting foundation pit meet the engineering requirements,and whether the engineering cost can be reduced from the perspective of materials.In view of this problem,this paper combines a practical row of piles supporting foundation pit project,and uses Midas numerical simulation software to restore the whole process of foundation pit support,and obtains the following conclusions:The axial force on the front row pile is obviously less than that on the rear row pile,and the axial force on the upper row pile is less than that on the lower part,from the perspective of cost,the stiffness of the front row pile or the upper row pile can be appropriately reduced to achieve the purpose of saving project cost.The bending moment of row piles is small,from the point of view of design,we can focus on the axial force of row piles rather than the bending moment.The research results can provide reference for similar row pile supporting foundation pit engineering.
