摘要
轴承套圈属于薄壁件,热处理有一定难度。简要介绍了轴承钢的发展历程,轴承钢的洁净度,影响轴承钢疲劳寿命的因素,原始组织对轴承钢力学性能的影响,影响淬火后轴承套圈表面光亮度的因素,预防轴承套圈锥度和圆柱度变化的措施,套圈用淬火介质的质量控制,轴承套圈的磨削变形,以及轴承套圈的特殊热处理工艺如碳氮共渗、碳化物超细化处理、轴承套圈的感应穿透加热和模压淬火等。
Bering ring is a type of thin-wall part,and more difficult to be heat treated.The following contents,including development course of bearing steel,cleanliness of bearing steel,factors influencing fatigue life of bearing steel,effect of prior structure on mechanical properties of bearing steel,factors influencing surface radiance of bearing ring after quenching,approaches to protection of bearing ring against change in conicity and cylindricity,quality control of quenchant reserved for bearing ring,grinding-induced deformation of bearing ring,and specific heat treatment technologies such as carbonitriding,ultra-refinement treatment of carbides,through induction heating and press quenching in die for bearing bring,etc,were introduced briefly.
