间苯三酚注射液联合热敏灸治疗胃脘痛临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of Phloroglucinol Injection combined with hot sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of epigastric pain

目的探讨间苯三酚注射液联合热敏灸治疗胃脘痛的临床疗效。方法选取2021年1月至2023年8月九江市中医医院收治的52例胃脘痛患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各26例。对照组采用间苯三酚注射液治疗,观察组加用热敏灸治疗。比较两组临床疗效、疼痛强度、疼痛持续时间和不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后疼痛强度评分低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后疼痛强度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疼痛持续时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组疼痛强度评分时间、组间、交互作用比较,差异有统计学意义,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组未见明显不良反应。结论间苯三酚注射液联合热敏灸治疗胃脘痛可迅速、有效减轻患者疼痛程度,减少疼痛持续时间,且安全有效,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Phloroglucinol Injection combined with hot sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of epigastric pain.Methods A total of 52 patients with epigastric pain admitted to Jiujiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Phloroglucinol Injection,while the observation group was treated with hot sensitive moxibustion.Clinical efficacy,pain intensity,pain duration,and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain intensity scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain intensity score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of pain in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of pain intensity score time,inter group,and interaction between the two groups showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion The combination of Phloroglucinol Injection and hot sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of epigastric pain can quickly and effectively alleviate the degree of pain in patients,reduce the duration of pain,and is safe and effective.It is worth promoting.
