信息化支撑下清单式管理在消化内镜护理安全中的应用

Application of checklist management supported by information technology in nursing safety of digestive endoscopy

目的探讨信息化支撑下的清单式管理在消化内镜护理安全管理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年8月至2022年2月于九江学院附属医院进行消化内镜检查或治疗的100例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组给予常规护理管理,观察组采用信息化支撑下的清单式管理。比较两组患者护理质量、不良事件发生率、患者满意度、急救药品与设备合格率。结果观察组护理不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组仪表行为评分、护理态度评分、护理责任心评分、专业技能评分、语言沟通评分、环境设施评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组急救药品合格率、设备合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论信息化支撑下的清单式管理在消化内镜护理安全管理中的应用效果显著,能增强护理管理质量,减少护理不良事件,提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of checklist management supported by information technology in nursing safety management of digestive endoscopy.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent digestive endoscopy or treatment in Jiujiang University Affiliated Hospital from August 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing management,and the observation group was given checklist management supported by information technology.The quality of nursing,the incidence of adverse events,patient satisfaction,and the pass rate of emergency drugs and equipment were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of instrument behavior,nursing attitude,nursing responsibility,professional skills,language communication and environmental facilities in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rates of emergency medicine and equipment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of checklist management supported by information technology in nursing safety management of digestive endoscopy has significant effects,which can enhance the quality of nursing management,reduce nursing adverse events,and improve patients'satisfaction.
