叙事护理对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗冠心病患者焦虑和睡眠的影响

Effect of narrative nursing on anxiety and sleep in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention

目的探讨叙事护理对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗冠心病患者焦虑和睡眠的影响。方法选择2020年7月至2021年3月在滨州医学院附属医院心内科收治的120例经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的冠心病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分对照组(60例)和试验组(60例)。对照组实施常规护理干预措施,试验组在常规护理干预的基础上实施叙事护理。采用焦虑自评量表和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评估两组患者干预前后焦虑情绪和睡眠质量的变化。结果干预前,两组患者的焦虑和睡眠质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后试验组的焦虑评分、睡眠质量评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论叙事护理对改善经皮冠状动脉介入治疗冠心病患者的焦虑情绪,改善患者睡眠质量有显著效果,可以促进患者进行自我管理,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of narrative nursing on anxiety and sleep in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods A total of 120 patients with coronary heart disease who received percutaneous coronary intervention treatment in the Department of Cardiology,the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from July 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the study objects,and divided into control group(60 cases)and experimental group(60 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing interventions,while the experimental group received narrative nursing in addition to routine nursing interventions.Self-rating anxiety scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index were used to evaluate the changes of anxiety and sleep quality before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in anxiety and sleep quality scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the anxiety scores and sleep quality scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Narrative nursing has a significant effect on improving anxiety and sleep quality of patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention,and can promote patients'self-management and improve quality of life.
