个体化营养治疗对老年糖尿病合并高血压患者血糖、血压水平的影响

Influence of Individualized Nutrition Therapy on Blood Glucose and Blood Pressure in Elderly Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Hypertension

摘要 目的探究个体化营养治疗对老年糖尿病合并高血压患者血糖、血压水平的影响。方法回顾性选取2022年6月—2023年6月安溪县医院收治的80例老年糖尿病合并高血压患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式分为两组,即对照组(常规治疗)、研究组(常规治疗联合个体化营养治疗),各40例,观察个体化营养治疗的应用价值。结果与对照组相比较,研究组治疗后空腹血糖(6.01±0.31)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(7.54±1.54)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(6.52±0.34)%均更低,差异有统计学意义(t=2.505、2.421、3.183,P均<0.05);研究组治疗后血压水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组治疗后营养指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病合并高血压患者治疗中选择个体化营养治疗,血糖、血压及营养水平均得到明显改善。 Objective To explore the effect of individualized nutrition therapy on blood glucose and blood pressure in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.Methods The clinical data of 80 elderly pa-tients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension randomly selected from Anxi County Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were retrospectively selected.They were divided into two groups according to treatment methods:control group(conventional treatment)and study group(conventional treatment combined with individualized nutrition treatment),with 40 cases in each group.The application value of individualized nutrition therapy were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the fasting plasma glucose(6.01±0.31)mmol/L,two-hour postload plasma glucose(7.54±1.54)mmol/L and glycated hemoglobin A1c(6.52±0.34)%of the study group after treatment were all lower,the differences were statistically significant(t=2.505,2.421,3.183,all P<0.05).The blood pressure levels of the study group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05).The nutritional indexes of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The blood glucose,blood pressure and nutrition level of elderly patients with diabetes combined with hypertension were significantly improved by selecting individualized nutrition therapy.
