2型糖尿病患者采用二甲双胍联合格列齐特的治疗效果分析

Efficacy of Metformin combined with Gliclazide in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的分析2型糖尿病患者运用二甲双胍联合达美康方案治疗的临床效果。方法随机选取2021年12月—2023年12月临沂河东医院收治的90例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。对照组接受单独二甲双胍进行治疗,观察组在对照组用药基础上添加格列齐特,对比分析两组的临床效果。结果治疗后,观察组空腹及餐后血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白均低于对照组,治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者应用二甲双胍配合格列齐特方案治疗,能够使治疗效果得到进一步提升,确保患者的血糖水平控制在最佳范围内,降低疾病危害性,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of metformin combined with damecon in patients with type 2 dia-betes.Methods A total of 90 patients with type 2 diabetes treated in Hedong Hospital of Linyi from December 2021 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with metformin alone,and the observation group was added with gliclazede on the basis of the control group,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,fasting and postprandial blood glucose levels and glycated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the score of life quality was higher,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of metformin in combination with gli-clazede in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients can further improve the therapeutic effect,ensure that the blood sugar level of patients is controlled in the best range,reduce the harm of the disease,and improve the quality of life of patients.
