从“老三门”到“课程统整”:我国教师教育课程制度变迁及未来展望

From the “Three Traditional Subjects” to “curriculum Integration”:The Evolution Course and Future Prospects of China's Teacher Education Curriculum System in China

高质量的教师教育课程是高质量教师教育体系的关键要素。论文通过政策文本分析,回顾我国教师教育课程制度变迁历程,反思其内在逻辑,探索改革方向。分析发现,我国教师教育课程制度变迁经历了以“老三门”为主体(建国至上世纪末)、在“老三门”基础上拓展课程门类(上世纪末至2011年)、基于教师教育课程标准的课程改革(2012年至今)及专业认证背景下的“课程统整”(2017年开启)四个阶段。我国教师教育课程制度变迁高度依赖政府政策推动;教师教育机构习惯于“搭便车”、在原有课程框架的基础上增开课程。我国教师教育课程制度变迁的动力可以归纳为教师专业化运动的推动和高质量教师队伍建设目标的牵引。未来教师教育课程政策供给重点是修订教师教育课程标准,建立基于标准的教师教育课程质量保障体系,引导与激励教师教育课程范式变革,实现教师教育课程改革与基础教育课程改革的合流,推进教师教育课程的数字化转型和优质资源的共建共享。

A high-quality teacher education curriculum system is a key element of a high-quality teacher education system.Through policy text analysis,this paper reviews the evolution course of China's teacher education curriculum system,reflects on its internal logic,and explores the direction of reform.The analysis shows that the evolution of China's teacher education curriculum system has gone through four stages,namely,taking the“three traditional subjects”as the main body(from the founding of the People's Republic of China to the end of the last century),expanding the curriculum categories on the basis of the“three traditional subjects”(from the end of the last century to 2011),curriculum reform based on the teacher education curriculum standards(from 2012 to the present) and“Curriculum Integration”in the context of Professional Certification(started in 2017).The evolution of China's teacher education curriculum system is highly dependent on the promotion of government policies.Teacher education institutions are accustomed to taking advantage of policies and offering additional courses based on the original curriculum framework.The push of teacher professionalization movement and the pull of the goal of building a high-quality teacher workforce are summarized as the driving force for the change of China's teacher education curriculum system.The future focus of teacher education curriculum policy supply is to revise teacher education curriculum standards,establish a standards-based teacher education curriculum quality assurance system,guide and encourage the changes in the paradigm of teacher education curriculum,achieve the convergence of teacher education curriculum reform and basic education curriculum reform,and promote the digital transformation of teacher education curriculum and the joint construction and sharing of the high-quality curriculum resources.
