摘要
中小学教师的教育科研自觉是高质量教育发展的使命。当前中小学教师的教育科研中存在“限制性规定与尝试性行动”“社会惰化现象与教师科研热情”“学校群体思维与教师个体创新”等诸多组织行为冲突。推动“跨校非正式教师科研共同体”建设是区域中小学教师教育科研工作的应有超越。在组织属性上,跨校非正式教师科研共同体强调个体目标优先、教师专业归属感、成员构成多元化、专业权力分散、成员间相互信任、知识分享上的集体作用等;在知识特征上,跨校非正式教师科研共同体追求个人经验与思考的互补性,研究过程表现为深度学习与创新行动,科研输出力求个性化、实验性与启发性;在文化品质上,跨校非正式教师科研共同体依靠友谊哲学,具有学习型组织型态、灵动风格、积极氛围和自然生态。区域构建跨校非正式教师科研共同体的政策支持包括:以筑巢孵化、共融网站、成果推广为内容的平台支持,以规定导引、榜样示范、学会联结为形式的组织支持,以研训辅助、项目支持、经费激励为路径的资源支持,以督评带入、晋升参照、专项评优为方法的评价支持。
The educational research consciousness of primary and secondary school teachers is the mission of high-quality education development.There are many organizational behavioral conflicts in the current educational research of primary and secondary school teachers,including restrictive regulations and exploratory actions,social laziness and teacher research enthusiasm,school group thinking and individual teacher innovation.Promoting the construction of an informal cross school teacher research community is a necessary step beyond the educational research work of regional primary and secondary school teachers.In terms of organizational attributes,the cross school informal teacher research community emphasizes individual goal priority,teacher professional belonging,diversified member composition,dispersed professional power,mutual trust among members,and collective role in knowledge sharing;In terms of knowledge characteristics,the cross school informal teacher research community pursues the complementarity of personal experience and thinking.The research process is manifested as deep learning and innovative actions,and the research output strives for personalization,experimentation,and inspiration;In terms of cultural quality,the cross school informal teacher research community relies on the philosophy of friendship,with a learning oriented organizational form,agile style,positive atmosphere,and natural ecology.The policy support for promoting the construction of cross school informal teacher research communities in the region includes platform support with content such as nest building incubation,integrated websites,and achievement promotion,organizational support in the form of prescribed guidance,exemplary demonstration,and association of learning,resource support through research and training assistance,project support,and financial incentives,and evaluation support through methods such as supervision and evaluation,promotion reference,and special evaluation.
