湿壁塔实验台控制系统的研发

摘要 随着二氧化碳排放问题的日益严峻,加速二氧化碳的减排计划已经刻不容缓。其中,对于二氧化碳吸附剂的研究是减排的重中之重。为了准确高效地研究二氧化碳吸附剂的传质特性,开发一套湿壁塔实验台控制系统,通过PLC对湿壁塔实验台的温度、压力和流速等参数进行数据采集与精确控制。详细介绍实验装置的工作原理与实验流程,以及组态软件的参数设定、远程控制、实时监控和报警等功能。该系统能够简化实验流程,提高实验效率,为吸附剂的研究提供可靠的理论和实践基础。 With the increasing problem of CO2 emissions,it is urgent to accelerate the CO2 reduction plan.Among them,the research on carbon dioxide adsorbents is the top priority for emission reduction.In order to accurately and efficiently study the mass transfer characteristics of carbon dioxide adsorbents,a set of wetted-wall column bench control system was developed,and the temperature,pressure and flow rate of the wetted-wall column bench were collected and accurately controlled by PLC.This paper introduces in detail the working principle and experimental process of the experimental device,as well as the parameter setting,remote control,real-time monitoring and alarm functions of the configuration software.The system can simplify the experimental process,improve the experimental efficiency,and provide a reliable theoretical and practical basis for the research of adsorbents.
