摘要
开发了三种新型单相BCC结构的韧性Ti_(40)Nb_(25)V_(15)Mo_(5)Zr_(15)、Ti_(40)Nb_(30)V_(20)Mo_(5)Zr_(5)和Ti_(40)Nb_(30)V_(20)Mo_(5)Cr_(5)难溶高熵合金(RHEAs).合金在室温下均表现良好的强韧性,其中Ti_(40)Nb_(25)V_(15)Mo_(5)Zr_(15)的最大抗拉强度为1037 MPa,随着Zr元素含量的降低,Ti_(40)Nb_(30)V_(20)Mo_(5)Zr_(5)的断裂延伸率从8.94%提高至13.96%.Ti_(40)Nb_(30)V_(20)Mo_(5)Cr_(5)在450℃下进行100、300、700 h的静态铅铋饱和氧腐蚀试验后仅形成单层腐蚀扩散层,腐蚀层的厚度没有随时间的增加出现明显变化.
Three novel ductile and single-phase BCC structure refractory high-entropy alloys(RHEAs)Ti_(40)Nb_(25)V_(15)Mo_(5)Zr_(15),Ti_(40)Nb_(30)V_(20)Mo_(5)Zr_(5) and Ti_(40)Nb_(30)V_(20)Mo_(5)Cr_(5) were developed,and the alloy,exhibit good strength and toughness at room temperature,the alloy Ti 40 Nb 25 V 15 Mo 5Zr 15 has a maximum tensile strength of 1037 MPa.With the decrease of Zr content,the fracture elongation of Ti_(40)Nb_(30)V_(20)Mo_(5)Zr_(5) increases from 8.94% to 13.96%.A single layer of corrosion diffusion is only formed after a static lead-bismuth saturated oxygen corrosion test to Ti_(40)Nb_(30)V_(20)Mo_(5)Cr_(5) at 450℃ for 100,300,and 700 h.The thickness of the corrosion layer dno’t change significantly with time.
