摘要
概述了干熄焦副省煤器换热器的换热原理,分析了影响换热器热负荷的因素以及传热的边界层理论。指出提升换热器换热效率的途径和方法,其中工艺途径是副省煤器切换为旁路并在线酸洗清除U型管内壁的垢层;设备途径是改进换热盘管的形状、长度、壁厚以及外部增加鳍片等方式,也可以尝试采用新型高导热率换热材料。通过以上措施,可以提升换热器热效率,减少除氧器低压蒸汽用量,提升干熄炉处理能力,起到了降本节支、提质提效的效果。
This article provides a brief overview of the heat exchange principle of the dry quenching sub economizer heat exchanger,analyzes the factors affecting the heat load of the heat exchanger and the boundary layer theory of heat transfer,and points out the ways and methods to improve the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger.The most effective way in the process is to switch the auxiliary economizer to a bypass and perform online acid washing to remove the scale layer on the inner wall of the U-shaped pipe.The equipment approach is to improve the shape,length,wall thickness of the heat exchange coil and add external fins,and new high thermal conductivity heat exchange materials can also be used.Through above measures,the thermal efficiency of the heat exchanger can be improved,thereby reducing the amount of low-pressure steam used in the deaerator,enhancing the processing capacity of the dry quenching furnace,and achieving the effects of costs reduction,quality and efficiency improvement.
