摘要
针对莱钢厚板线加热炉能耗偏高的现状,依靠热平衡搭建能耗桥对加热炉诊断分析后并实施技术改造。现场对炉门进行了节能技术改造,优化了步进梁、装钢机、出钢机连锁程序,解决了厚规格钢坯因热送温度偏高无法连续热送装钢技术难题;通过试验试轧拓展了热送坯型,优化了热送钢坯加热控制工艺。厚板线加热炉技术改造后,节能效果显著,煤耗指标由1.491 GJ/t降到1.474 GJ/t。
In view of the high energy consumption of heavy plate mill heating furnace in Laiwu Steel,an energy consumption bridge was builsed on thermal balance to diagnose and analyze the furnace and carry out technical transformation.The energy saving technology transformation of the furnace door was carried out on site,and the interlocking procedure of the stepping beam,loading machine and discharging machine was optimized.The technical problem that the thick slab could not be continuously hot loaded due to the high heat feed temperature was solved.The hot feed slab type was expanded through test rolling and the heating control process of the hot feed slab was optimized.After the technical transformation of the thick plate mill heating furnace,the energy saving effect is remarkable,and the coal consumption index is reduced from 1.491 GJ/t to 1.474 GJ/t.
