省级中考质量评价的价值取向和体系构建

The Value Orientation and System Construction of the Quality Evaluation of the Provincial High School Entrance Examination

摘要 省级统一中考命题,不能止于全省使用一份试卷,而要顺势开展省级中考评价改革,引领区域和学校开展义务教育学业质量评价改革,助推新课程实施,促进义务教育优质均衡发展。文章详细论述了统一中考质量评价的指标导向价值,学科素养分项指标的诊断价值和中考质量增值评价的价值,初步构建了以达标率、均衡系数和学科核心素养分项指数为主要指标的省、市、县、校四层次的中考质量评价体系。
