The new quality productive forces is a new type of productivity in the era of digital econo-my,which is the embodiment of the unity of economic,social and ecological benefits.The rise of new quali-ty productive forces will bring significant demand changes to human resource endowment and labor struc-ture,and bring new challenges to the technical and skilled talents ability training.The new quality produc-tive forces not only requires workers to have professional knowledge and skills,but also puts forward higher requirements for workers’comprehensive qualities such as learning ability,overall planning ability,innova-tion ability and man-machine coordination ability.In order to better adapt to the development demands of new quality productive forces,vocational education needs to promote reforms in key links such as updating the concept of talent cultivating,reconstructing teaching content system,and deepening innovation model of the integration between industry and education,so as to meet the need of developing new quality productive forces for high-quality technical and skilled talents.
