“一带一路”沿线国家科学教育:现状、挑战与建议

摘要 “一带一路”沿线国家科学教育在学生科学素养培养、政策与标准制定、课程建设、校外拓展和新技术应用等方面存在发展不均衡的情况。在推进科学教育发展过程中,“一带一路”沿线国家面临着政策保障不足、基础设施匮乏、课程资源匮乏、师资质量不均、学生发展单一等挑战。建立协调机制、优化资源配置是促进科学教育实现共享发展的主要策略,教育数字化和开放教育资源是解决科学教育发展不均衡问题的重要途径,建立评价体系是推进科学教育发展的重要抓手,文章建议从以上三方面推进“一带一路”沿线国家科学教育发展。 Countries along the Belt and Road have uneven development in the cultivation of scientific literacy,the formulation of policies and standards,the construction of curricula,the off-campus development and the application of new technologies.In the process of promoting the development of science education,countries along the Belt and Road are faced with challenges such as inadequate policy support,lack of infrastructure,insufficient curriculum resources,uneven teacher quality,and limited scope of student development.The main strategies to promote the shared development of science education involve establishing a coordination mechanism and optimizing resource allocation.Additionally,promoting the digitization of education and open educational resources are important ways to address the uneven development of science education,and establishing an evaluation system is an important tool to promote the development of science education.It is suggested to promote the development of science education in the countries along the Belt and Road in the above three aspects.
