美国纽约市高等教育集群与城市科技创新交互发展研究

摘要 随着高等教育三大基本职能的逐步形成,其与城市发展的关系也从疏离走向共生共荣。纽约市高等教育集群通过人才资源开发、政产学研融合、文化浸润等与城市科技创新形成了互动发展的良性循环。对纽约市高等教育集群与城市科技创新交互发展路径的研究,有助于更好地理解大学与城市之间的互动关系,启示我国高等教育集群与城市科技创新联动发展以科技人才培养为核心,提升城教互动能力;以政产学研融合为手段,构建科技创新生态体系;以开放创新为理念,深化城教互动模式。 With the gradual formation of the three basic functions of higher education,the relationship between higher education and urban development has changed from alienation to symbiosis and co-prosperity.The higher education cluster in New York City has formed a virtuous circle of interactive development with the development of urban scientific and technological innovation.This is achieved through the development of human resources,the integration of government,industry,university and research,as well as cultural infiltration.The study on the interactive development path of higher education clusters and urban science and technology innovation in New York City is helpful to better understand the interaction relationship between universities and cities,and is of significance for the linkage development of higher education clusters and urban science and technology innovation in China.
