电力智能调度系统的设计与实现

摘要 随着各行各业的发展,电网规模日益增长,传统的电力调度系统已不能满足当前需求。基于此现状,结合语音识别技术设计了电力智能调度系统。在满足传统的电力调度业务的基础上,还提供语音拨号、智能广播和事件登记等多种创新型业务,极大地提高了电网日常调度业务服务能力。从整体上介绍了系统各个模块的功能,分别对系统中的智能业务服务器、智能调度台、互动式语音应答(Interactive Voice Response,IVR)系统和录音服务器模块的设计实现进行详细的介绍。 With the development of various industries and the increasing scale of the power grid,traditional power dispatching systems cannot meet the current needs.Based on this situation and combined with speech recognition technology,an intelligent power dispatching system has been designed.On the basis of meeting the traditional power dispatching business,it also provides various innovative services such as voice dialing,intelligent broadcasting,and event registration,which greatly improves the daily dispatching business service capabilities of the power grid.Firstly,the functions of each module in the system are introduced as a whole,and then the design and implementation of the intelligent business server,intelligent scheduling desk,Interactive Voice Response(IVR)and recording server modules in the system are introduced in detail.
