区块链技术下风电机组全生命周期溯源管控研究

摘要 风电机组是风力发电工作的重要设备之一,受到运行环境等因素的影响,易存在运行故障和异常。为保证风电机组的工作状态、延长使用寿命,研究了区块链技术下风电机组全生命周期溯源管控方法。采用区块和链两部分建立区块链。以MerkleTree的格式存储风电机组的生产与运行数据。从采购设计阶段、生产阶段、运营阶段三个方面,界定风电机组的全生命周期。分析风电机组的组成,利用区块链技术调取存储数据,构建风电机组全生命周期溯源链。根据风电机组全生命周期推动过程中数据存储区块链之间的关系,求解风电机组源头数据,实现风电机组全生命周期溯源管控。试验结果表明,采用该管控方法可有效降低风电机组磨损量,并使设备故障发生概率降低至13.5次/月。该管控方法具有较好的风电机组管控效果。 Wind turbine is one of the important equipment for wind power generation work,which is susceptible to operational faults and abnormalities due to the influence of operating environment and other factors.In order to ensure the working condition and prolong the service life of the wind turbine,the whole life cycle traceability and control method of wind turbine under blockchain technology is studied.Two parts,block and chain,are used to establish the blockchain.The production and operation data of wind turbine are stored in the format of MerkleTree.The whole life cycle of wind turbine can be defined from three aspects:procurement and design stage,production stage and operation stage.Analyze the composition of wind turbine,blockchain technology is used to retrieve the stored data,and construct a traceability chain for the whole life cycle of wind turbine.According to the relationship between the data storage blockchain in the process of promoting the whole life cycle of wind turbine,the source data of wind turbine is solved and the traceability control of the whole life cycle of wind turbine is realized.The test results show that the control mothed can effectively reduce the wear and tear of wind turbine,and the probability of equipment failure can be reduced by 13.5 times/month.The control method has a better effect of wind turbine control.
