摘要
CoB非晶催化剂制作成本低,性能良好被广泛应用于NaBH4水解制氢反应中。本文通过液相共还原法制备了一种Co-Mn-B多元非晶合金催化剂,系统研究了过渡金属Mn掺杂对CoB非晶催化剂的影响,采用XRD、SEM、EDS和XPS等手段对Mn掺杂催化剂的晶相结构、微观形貌和元素价态进行了系统分析,同时对催化剂进行了产氢性能测试,探究了Co-Mn-B催化剂催化NaBH4水解的催化活性和动力学参数。研究结果表明:大范围掺杂Mn得到的三元非晶催化剂依然保持了材料的非晶态结构,Mn掺杂能够明显降低催化剂非晶粒子的团聚现象;当掺杂摩尔比为5%时,Co-Mn-B三元非晶催化剂表现出了最佳的催化性能,在30℃条件下,其水解产氢速率可达1300 mL·min^(-1)·g^(-1);通过阿伦尼乌斯曲线可知,基于该催化剂硼氢化钠水解反应活化能为34.1 kJ·mol^(-1)。
CoB amorphous catalysts are widely used in the hydrolysis of NaBHy for hydrogen production with low fabrication cost and good performance.In this paper,the structure morphology and element distribution of the optimized catalyst were analyzed by means of XRD,SEM,EDS,XPS and other characterization methods based on the co-reduction method of liquid phase co-reduction,based on the CoB catalyst catalyzed sodium borohydride hydrogen production,and doped with other metals Mn.The hydrogen production performance of the catalyst was tested to explore the influence of the hydrogen-producing performance of Co-Mn-B catalyst on the hydrolysis of NaBH by different doping molar ratios and reaction temperature pairs,and its catalytic kinetic analysis.The results show that the ternary alloy catalyst doped with Mn has an amorphous structure and can significantly reduce the occurrence of agglomeration.When the doping molar ratio is 5%,the Co-Mn-B three-way catalyst exhibits the best catalytic performance.Under the condition of 30°C,the hydrogen production rate was 1300 mL·min^(-1)·g^(-1).Caleulated by the Arhenius curve equation,the activation energy of the catalyst is 34.1kJ·mol^(-1).
