聚酪氨酸/纳米金电化学传感器检测水环境中环丙沙星

Detection of Ciprofloxacin in water based on polytyrosine/nano gold electrochemical sensor

摘要 利用聚酪氨酸有机薄膜负载金纳米粒子作为检测环丙沙星的基底材料,制备了p-Tyr/AuNP s/Au电化学传感器,对环丙沙星(CFX)表现出良好的电催化性能。用扫描电镜对材料的形貌进行了表征,CFX在该材料表面的反应为二电子转移的受吸附控制的过程。用单因素实验对L-酪氨酸(L-Tyr)单体的浓度、聚合的扫描圈数、金纳米沉积时间、溶液pH值进行了优化。在最优条件下,在6.60×10^(-7)~1.57×10^(-5)mol·L^(-1),ΔI与环丙沙星的浓度呈良好的线性关系,检出限为3.50×10^(-7)mol·L^(-1)(S/N=3)。该电化学传感器具有良好的重复性、稳定性和抗干扰性,可用于实际水体中环丙沙星的测定,加标回收率为95.7%~103.5%。 Using polytyrosine organic film loaded with gold nanoparticles as the substrate for ciprofloxacin detection,the electrochemical sensor p-Tyr/AuNPs/Au was constructed.It showed good electrocatalytic performance for Ciprofloxacin(CFX).The surface morphology of the composite film was characterized by scanning electron microscope.The reaction of CFX on the surface is an adsorption-controlled process of two electron transfer.The experimental conditions such as the concentration of L-tyrosine solution,the number of scanning cycles of polytyrosine,the deposition time of gold nanoparticles and the pH value of the solution were optimized by single factor experiment.Under the optimal conditions,good linear relationship was obtained for CFX at range of 6.60×10^(-7)to 1.57×10^(-5)mol·L^(-1),with the detection limit(S/N=3)of 0.35μmol·Ll.Accordingly,the reproducibility,stability and an-ti-interference tests were carried out.Furthermore,the designed sensor was successfully applied to detect CFX in actual water samples and the recovery was found to be 95.7%~103.5%.
