The Path of Law Theory and Normative Theory in the Study of Chinese Marxist Practical Philosophy

中国马克思主义实践哲学研究取得很多成果,其背景是中国哲学界实践哲学研究受到重视,在马克思主义哲学及其相关研究中,实践概念受到高度重视。从一定角度看,中国马克思主义实践哲学研究有两个路径:一个是规律论的路径,一些学者重视马克思主义哲学的实践问题,重视实践与生产劳动的关系,尤其是劳动与财产的关系,重视实践和劳动在马克思主义哲学中的本体地位。这个思路重视寻求社会实践的必然规律。另外一个是规范论的路径,一些研究者重视马克思主义实践概念所包含的内在的规范意义和价值。我们引进了很多国外的研究,比如语言学转向以后,在历史唯物主义研究中,规范及其基础如何理解,需要重视话语和商谈,重视文化对实践的规范意义。这个思路重视实践的规范维度。

Considerable achievements have been made in the study of Chinese Marxist practical philosophy practice,which is rooted in the increased emphasis on research in philosophical practice within the Chinese philosophical community.In the field of Marxist philosophy and its related studies,the concept of practice has been highly regarded.From a certain perspective,the study of Chinese Marxist philosophical practice can be approached through two paths:one is the path of law theory,where some scholars emphasize the examination of practical issues within Marxist philosophy,particularly the relationship between practice and productive labor,especially the relationship between labor and property.This approach places significance on seeking the inevitable laws in social practice.The other is the path of normative theory,where some researchers focus on the inherent normative meaning and value contained in the concept of Marxist practice.Many foreign studies have been introduced,such as in the linguistic turn,and in the study of historical materialism,understanding how norms and their foundations are interpreted requires attention to discourse and negotiation,as well as the normative significance of culture in practice.This approach emphasizes the normative dimension of practice.
