摘要
叶酸是一种人体不能自行合成,需通过药物和食物补给且不可或缺的一种微量营养素。本文通过高效液相色谱法对药物和食物中的叶酸含量进行测定,对叶酸片样品进行样品前处理方法研究,得到NaOH提取液的最佳浓度为0.05 mol·L^(-1),用量为1.00 mL,室温下超声提取时间为15 min。将优化后的样品前处理方法用于药物以及食物样品中叶酸含量的测定,在叶酸片以及B族维生素片中检测到了叶酸,其含量分别为0.56 mg·g^(-1)和0.29 mg·g^(-1)。加标回收实验得到药物样品的回收率在82.70%~112.22%之间,RSD低于0.40%,食物样品的回收率在84.50%~111.80%之间,RSD低于0.74%。该方法可简单、快速地对药、食样品中叶酸的含量进行测定。
Folic acid is an indispensable micronutrient that cannot be synthesized by the human body and needs to be replenished through drug or food.In this paper,the contents of folic acid in drug and food were determined by high performance liquid chromatography,and the sample pretreatment method of folic acid tablets was studied.The optimal concentration of NaOH solution was 0.05 mol·L^(-1),the volume was 1.00 mL,and the extraction time was 15 min at room temperature.The optimized sample pretreatment method was applied to the determination of folic acid in drug and food samples.Folic acid was found in folic acid tablets and Bvitamin tablets,and its content was O.56 mgg'and 0.29mg·g^(-1),respectively.The recoveries of drug samples ranged from 82.70%to 112.22%with RSD lower than 0.40%,and the recoveries of food samples ranged from 84.50%to 111.80%with RSD lower than 0.74%.The method can be used to determine folic acid content in complex samples simply and quickly.
