摘要
通过对不同地区、不同学段、不同学科的新手教师进行访谈,运用扎根理论,得到中小学新手教师工作负担的生成模型。研究发现,新手教师工作负担生成包括工作压力、自我控制和外界支持三个核心概念。新手教师面临的工作压力,并不会直接导致工作负担的生成;而是在通过自我控制与外界支持互相作用的过滤网后,最终形成工作负担。基于工作负担的生成特点,职前教师教育层面加强应对教学实际问题的师范教育,职初学校层面构建教师学习共同体及创设良好校园文化氛围,对新手教师减负有实质性帮助。
This study applied rooting theory to derive a model of workload generation for novice teachers in elementary and secondary schools by interviewing eight novice teachers from different regions,academic levels,and subjects.The study finds that the three core concepts of work burden generation for novice teachers are work stress,self-control,and external support.The work stress faced by novice teachers does not directly lead to the generation of work burden;rather,work burden is eventually formed after passing through the filter of self-control and external support interacting with each other.Based on the characteristics of workload generation,novice teachers can reduce their workload in three ways:strengthening teacher education to deal with practical problems of teaching,building a teacher learning community and creating a good campus culture.
