刺糖低聚糖的提取分离与结构鉴定

摘要 目的从刺糖中分离纯化获得刺糖低聚糖单体,并对其进行结构鉴定。方法采用多种色谱方法对刺糖提取物进行分离、纯化,运用高效液相色谱-电喷雾离子阱质谱(HPLC/ESI-MS)、红外光谱(IR)及核磁共振波谱(NMR)等技术,对所得刺糖低聚糖单体进行结构鉴定。结果经分离纯化得到1个刺糖低聚糖单体,相对分子质量为504,结构为α-D-葡萄糖-(1→6)-β-D-葡萄糖-(1→6)-D-葡萄糖,经查证定性为低聚异麦芽糖。结论本研究首次从刺糖中分离纯化出低聚异麦芽糖。 Objective To isolate and purify an oligosaccharide monomer from Alhagi honey and elucidate its molecular structure.Methods Various chromatographic techniques were employed to extract and purify Alhagi honey extract.The molecular structure of the isolated Alhagi honey oligosaccharide was determined using high-performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization mass spectrometry(HPLC/ESI-MS),infrared spectroscopy(IR),and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(NMR).Results After separation and purification,one oligosaccharide monomer with relative molecular weight of 504 and structure ofα-D-Glc-(1→6)-β-D-Glc-(1-6)-D-Glc was obtained,which was confirmed to be isomaltooligosaccharide.Conclusion In this study,isomaltooligosaccharide is isolated and purified from Alhagi honey for the first time.
