摘要
对水果进行检测和分级,是提高水果竞争力的有效手段。设计一种球类水果外观品相分选装备,该分选装备主要由提料流水线、预分选流水线、理料流水线、送料流水线、检测设备、分级执行设备、控制系统等组成,文章对分选装备的总体结构、各组成机构及控制系统进行概述。该分选装备能对球类水果外部品质进行无损智能检测,实现分级分选。
The detection and grading of the fruits is an effective means to improve the competitiveness of fruits.A kind of sorting equipment for appearance of ball fruit is designed,which is mainly composed of lifting line,pre-sorting line,arranging line,feeding line,detection device,grading execution equipment,control system and so on,the paper summarizes the overall structure,composition and control system of the sorting equipment.The sorting equipment can carry out non-destructive intelligent detection of the external quality of ball fruits and realize classification and sorting.
