完全性内脏转位患者行腹腔镜袖状胃切除术联合胆囊切除术一例(附手术视频)

Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy concomitant with cholecystectomy in a patient of situs inversus totalis with obesity: a video report

完全性内脏转位(SIT)发生率约0.01%,多数患者可无临床表现。本例SIT患者肥胖同时合并胆囊结石,通过合理的手术戳卡布局,调整术者及助手的站位,熟练地腹腔镜操作技术以及熟悉胆道系统、上消化道系统的组织解剖,安全地施行完全性内脏转位的腹腔镜袖状胃切除术联合胆囊切除术。

Situs inversus totalis(SIT)is a rare congenital malformation caused by the disorder of visceral rotation during embryonic development,with an incidence of about 0.01%.In this case,SIT patients with obesity combined with cholecystolithiasis can safely perform laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy combined with cholecystectomy for complete visceral transposition through reasonable layout of the surgical puncture card,adjustment of the operator and assistant positions,skilled laparoscopic operation techniques and familiarity with the tissue anatomy of the biliary tract system and upper digestive tract system.
