Aiming at the industrial application of high speed bar double scale shear switch,this paper studies the existing problems and technical solutions.The basic functions of the equipment are introduced,and the specific research objectives of the project are proposed.The existing problems of the equipment are discussed,the corresponding technical solutions are put forward,and the innovation points in the solutions are emphasized.The success of the project not only breaks through the production problems of small-size threaded fine bars,but also provides a new development direction for China’s manufacturing industry.
