轮胎成型机辊压支架结构优化方法分析

摘要 文章分析轮胎成型机辊压支架结构存在的主要问题,包括支架刚度不足导致变形、连接处疲劳强度不足以及材料内部缺陷影响整体强度,提出3种优化方法:增加支架横梁以提高刚度、优化焊接接头形状改善疲劳性能以及选择高质量材料减少内部缺陷。通过这些措施可以显著增强辊压支架的抗变形能力,延长使用寿命,从而有效提高轮胎成型质量,对轮胎工业的发展具有重要意义。 This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the roller support structure of the tire forming machine,including the deformation caused by insufficient stiffness of the support,the insufficient fatigue strength at the joint and the internal defects of the material affecting the overall strength.To this end,three optimization methods are proposed:increasing the rigidity of the support beam,optimizing the shape of the welded joint to improve fatigue performance,and selecting high-quality materials to reduce internal defects.Through these measures,the deformation resistance of the roller support can be significantly enhanced,and the service life can be extended,so as to effectively improve the tire forming quality,which is of great significance to the development of the tire industry.
