基于五轴数控加工工艺的复杂曲面零件加工轨迹分析

摘要 复杂曲面零件加工轨迹受加工工艺、刀头类型等因素影响,运用五轴数控加工工艺分析复杂曲面零件加工轨迹时,大多配备平头刀具,这在一定程度上缩小了道具路径分析范围。以复杂的涡轮叶片曲面零件加工项目为例,基于投影法计算加工轨迹,得到刀触点相关参数,并进行仿真分析。研究表明,五轴数控加工工艺用于复杂曲面零件加工轨迹分析,具有高效率、高质量、低成本的优势。 The machining trajectory of complex surface parts is affected by the processing technology,cutter head type and other factors,and most of the processing trajectories of complex surface parts are equipped with flat-head tools when using the fiveaxis CNC machining process,which narrows the scope of prop path analysis to a certain extent.Taking the complex turbine blade curved surface parts processing project as an example,the machining trajectory is calculated based on the projection method,the relevant parameters of the tool contact are obtained,and the simulation analysis is carried out.The results show that the five-axis CNC machining process is used for the analysis of the machining trajectory of complex surface parts,which has the advantages of high efficiency,high quality and low cost.
