摘要
自制一种粒径为3.5 mm×3.0 mm的齿球形Al_(2)O_(3)载体,采用浸渍法负载活性组分Pd制备固定床蒽醌加氢制过氧化氢Pd/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂。该催化剂具有颗粒粒径与孔径大、适宜的Pd活性组分浸渍层等优点。小试和中试评价结果表明,制备的Pd/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂表现出较高的加氢活性、选择性和稳定性,且氢化塔的床层压力降小,具有良好的工业应用前景。
A new Pd/Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst for fixed-bed anthraquinone hydrogenation was prepared by impregnation on a self-made 3.5 mm×3.0 mm spherical Al_(2)O_(3)support.The Pd/Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst exhibited a larger particle size,larger pore diameter,and thinner layer of the active component.The performance of catalyst in anthraquinone hydrogenation was studied in laboratory and pilot test evaluation devices.The results showed that the catalyst exhibited high activity,selectivity and stability.Moreover,the pressure drop was small for the reaction unit.It indicated that the Pd/Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst had a good prospects if industrial application.
