大跨度斜拉桥索塔施工技术研究

摘要 本文主要介绍了在新建阜阳至蒙城至宿州铁路颖河特大桥(31+73+230+114+40)m斜拉桥索塔施工中,由于该桥索塔高度较高,不但施工技术难度高安全风险大,而且对索塔施工质量及线性也提出了严格要求,为确保该索塔能够保质保量安全顺利完成施工,项目部通过制定了详细的施工方案,对索塔施工所采用的爬模受力性能进行认真计算,同时对施工中的各项工序进行严格把控,通过一系列举措,不但安全顺利地完成了该斜拉桥索塔的施工,确保了施工的安全,而且索塔施工质量及线形也满足相关要求。该大跨度斜拉桥索塔施工所涉及的相关技术也为后续类似施工提供了借鉴和参考。 This paper mainly introduces the construction of the pylon of the newly built Yinghe Bridge(31+73+230+114+40)m cable-stayed bridge between Fuyang,Mengcheng County and Suzhou,Anhui,the quality and linearity of Sotta's construction are also strictly required.To ensure that the construction of the tower can be completed safely,both in quality and quantity,the project department has formulated a detailed construction plan,through careful calculation of the mechanical properties of the climbing formwork used in the construction of the Sotta river delta,and strict control of the construction procedures,the construction of the pylon of the cable-stayed bridge has not only been completed safely and smoothly,but also through a series of measures,the safety of construction is ensured and the quality and alignment of Sotta construction meet the relevant requirements.The related techniques involved in the construction of the pylon of the long-span cable-stayed bridge also provide reference for the following similar construction.
