摘要
为研究磷酸盐水泥的性能及其在机场道面病害处理中的应用效果,文章从磷酸盐水泥薄层修补技术概述出发,以某机场为例,针对其路面病害现状及其成因进行分析,并基于该机场道面病害现状,详对磷酸盐水泥薄层修补技术应用要点及应用效果进行了探究,最终结构显示,通过磷酸盐水泥薄层修补后的机场道面不仅能很快恢复通行,仅需自然养护1~2h便可开放交通,而且路面抗磨性、强度等均满足使用要求,使用一年后修复区域依然完好。
In order to study the performance of phosphate cement and its application effect in the treatment of airport pavement diseases,this article starts from an overview of phosphate cement thin layer repair technology,takes a certain airport as an example,analyzes the current situation and causes of pavement diseases,and based on the current situation of pavement diseases at the airport,explores the application points and effects of phosphate cement thin layer repair technology in detail.The final structure shows that the airport pavement repaired by phosphate cement thin layer can not only quickly restore traffic(only natural maintenance for 1-2 hours),but also meet the requirements of wear resistance and strength of the pavement.After one year of use,the repaired area is still intact.
