存量更新背景下老旧小区适老化更新改造模式的可行性设计——以西安市碑林区李家村东院小区为例

摘要 本研究以西安市碑林区李家村东院小区为例,对存量更新背景下老旧小区的适老化改造模式进行可行性研究。通过文献分析和实地调查,本文系统地探讨适合李家村东院小区的适老化改造方案,并评估其可行性。研究发现,李家村东院小区是一个老旧小区,存在着诸多与适老化改造相关的问题,如老人上下楼不便、公共设施老化、社区服务不足等。针对这些问题,本研究提出一系列的改造方案,通过增加无障碍设施和改善上下楼方式,提高老人的出行便利性;对公共设施进行改造,提供良好的服务和环境;加强社区服务体系建设,满足老年人的生活需求。经过实践证明,在存量更新背景下老旧小区的适老化改造是可行的,通过针对性改造方案,有效解决老旧小区存在的问题,提升老年人的生活质量。 This study takes the Dongyuan residential area of Lijia Village in Beilin District,Xi'an City as an example to conduct a feasibility study on the aging friendly renovation model of old residential areas under the background of stock renewal.Through literature analysis and field investigation,this article systematically explores an aging friendly renovation plan suitable for the East Courtyard of Lijia Village and evaluates its feasibility.Research has found that the East Courtyard of Lijia Village is an old community with many issues related to aging friendly renovation,such as inconvenient access for the elderly,aging public facilities,and insufficient community services.In response to these issues,this study proposes a series of renovation plans to improve the convenience of elderly travel by adding accessible facilities and improving the way of going up and down stairs;transforming public facilities to provide good services and environment;strengthening the construction of community service system to meet the living needs of the elderly.Through practice,it has been proven that the aging friendly renovation of old residential areas is feasible under the background of stock renewal.Through targeted renovation plans,the problems existing in old residential areas can be effectively solved,and the quality of life of the elderly can be improved.
