一带一路沿线国家数字经济促进全球价值链升级的研究——基于知识产权保护的中介效应和门槛效应

Study on Digital Economy for Global Value Chain Upgrading in Countries along the Belt and Road Route:Based on the Mediating and Threshold Effects of Intellectual Property Protection

全球价值链重构背景下,由一带一路倡议国更加注重数字经济发展的现实出发,讨论数字经济对全球价值链升级的促进作用以及知识产权保护对这一路径的作用机制。通过阅读相关文献,选取并构建相关指标,建立实证模型,并选取一带一路沿线共61个样本国①2007-2018年的数据,进行了固定效应模型回归,并进一步检验了知识产权保护对数字经济促进全球价值链升级的中介效应和门槛效应,这也是本文的边际贡献。提出政策建议如下:一带一路沿线国家应深化互联互通,加强数字基础设施建设,推动数字贸易规则标准与国际对接,增强知识产权保护制度与数字经济的适配度,为全球价值链升级保驾护航。

Under the background of global value chain restructuring,starting from the reality that the Belt and Road Initiative countries pay more attention to the development of digital economy,we discuss the facilitating effect of digital economy on the upgrading of the global value chain and the mechanism of intellectual property protection on this path.Through reading relevant literature,selecting and constructing relevant indicators,establishing empirical models,and selecting the data of a total of 61 sample countries along the Belt and Road from 2007 to 2018,a fixed-effects model regression was carried out,and the mediating and threshold effects of intellectual property protection on the promotion of digital economy for the upgrading of the global value chain were further examined,which is also the marginal contribution of this paper.The following policy recommendations are put forward:countries along the Belt and Road should deepen connectivity,strengthen digital infrastructure construction,promote the docking of digital trade rules and standards with the international docking,and enhance the appropriateness of the intellectual property protection system with the digital economy,so as to escort the upgrading of global value chains.
