输油管道重点耗能单元评价与节能措施研究

摘要 在原油输送过程中,输油管道多采用热油加压输送工艺,在运行中存在综合能耗高、运行效率低等问题,为进一步降低输油管道的能耗水平,从泵站能效系数、热站能效系数、管道能效系数等方面构建输油管道能效指标体系,通过相关系数法、熵权-灰色关联法对泵机组的综合用能水平进行评价,最后实现运行方案的优化调整。结果表明,泵站能效系数对输油管道能耗的影响较大,重点耗能及节能单元为输油泵机组;泵机组效率与与泵输出功率的相关系数最大。某输油管道经优化运行后,泵站的日节电量821.91~2671.24 kWh,日节电共计6917.82 kWh,节能效果显著。研究结果可为同类输油管道运行方案的调整提供理论依据和实际参考。 In the process of crude oil transportation,oil pipelines have mostly adopted hot oil pressurized transportation technology,which has problems of high comprehensive energy consumption and low operation efficiency in operation.In order to further reduce the energy consumption level of oil pipelines,the energy efficiency index system of oil pipelines is constructed from the aspects of energy efficiency coefficient of pumping station,energy efficiency coefficient of thermal station and energy efficiency coefficient of pipeline.Through correlation coefficient method,entropy weight-grey correlation method,the comprehensive energy utilization level of pump unit is evaluated,and the optimization and adjustment of operating plan is realized.The results show that the energy efficiency coefficient of the pumping station has a great influence on the energy consumption of oil pipeline,and the key energy consumption and energy conservation unit is the oil pump unit.The correlation coefficient between pump unit efficiency and pump output power is the largest.After the optimized operation of an oil pipeline,the daily power saving of the pumping station ranges from 821.91 kWh to 2671.24 kWh,and the total daily power saving is 6917.82 kWh,which makes energy conservation effect remarkable.The research results can provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the adjustment of similar oil pipeline operation scheme.
