基于组合模型的集输系统综合能效评价研究

摘要 为综合评价集输系统的整体能耗水平,从而制定针对性的节能措施,在相关标准的基础上,构建多层级集输系统综合能效评价指标,分别采用G1法和熵权法确定主、客观权重,并基于最小鉴别原理将权重合并,再利用TOPSIS法计算正、负贴近度和相对贴近度,实现综合评价系统用能水平。结果表明:组合权重中单位液量集输综合能耗、集输工艺适应性、单位原油集输综合能耗的权重较大;待评价集输系统中不同月份的相对贴近度与正贴近度的变化趋势更为接近,2月份相对贴近度最小,综合能效水平较差,6月份的相对贴近度最大,综合能效水平较好。从水力、热力和管网角度出发,针对用能薄弱环节,提出了相应的技改措施,整改后每月的单日耗气量可节约2.0~35.8 m^(3),每月的单日耗电量可节约5.7~18.6 kWh。 In order to comprehensively evaluate the overall energy consumption level of gathering and transportation system,the targeted energy conservation measures has been formulated.On the basis of relevant standards,the comprehensive energy efficiency evaluation index of multi-level gathering and transportation system is constructed.What's more,the main and objective weights are determined by G1 method and entropy weight method respectively,the weights are combined based on the principle of minimum discrimination,and the TOPSIS method is used to calculate the positive,negative and relative proximity degrees to comprehensively evaluate the energy consumption level of the system.The results show that the comprehensive energy consumption per unit liquid volume,the adaptability of gathering process and comprehensive energy consumption per unit crude oil gathering and transportation are larger.In the gathering and transportation system to be evaluated,the trend of relative proximity degree and positive proximity degree in different months is closer,the relative proximity degree in February is the smallest,and the comprehensive energy efficiency level is poor.However,the relative proximity degree in June is the largest,and the comprehensive energy efficiency level is better.From the perspective of hydraulic,thermal and pipe network,the corresponding technical reform measures are proposed for the weak link of energy utilization.After rectification,the daily gas consumption per month can be saved by 2.0~35.8 m^(3),and the daily electricity consumption per month can be saved by 5.7~18.6 kWh.
